The Academic Staff of the Jean Monnet Chair “ProSoEULaw Abroad” is happy to annonce the first edition of the Moot Court competition organized in the framework of the Chair’s activities. This is an invaluable opportunity for students attending the ProSoEULaw General Course (I semester) as well as Law PhD students. They will face legal research challenges, teamworking, legal argumentations and law implementation from a pragmatic point of view.
Indeed, the Moot Court represents an opportunity to develop training and research skills, enabling participants to test practical knowledge acquired in the classroom.
The Moot Court will take place on 9 December 2022, h. 12.00 (Italian Time) in Palazzo della Sapienza, Aula V.
